Meet the Attorneys
Franco Robert
A Washington State native, Robert was raised in Bellevue on the Eastside. He graduated with his law degree in 2013 and worked in-house where he spent several years gaining invaluable experience that laid the foundation for his focus on estate planning and taxation. Robert went on to earn an advanced degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 2018 and founded Eastside Estate Planning in 2022.
Robert listens closely and cares deeply about his clients and community. His clear communication sets him apart, breaking down complicated subject matter in a way that is easy for busy clients to understand. Robert knows the importance of being able to explain legal concepts in plain English, and he prioritizes providing clear and practical counsel with the best possible outcomes. Robert’s philosophy is to present the available options, explain the advantages and disadvantages, and provide a cost/benefit analysis. His goal is to empower his clients with the information needed to tailor an estate plan that is unique to each situation.
Outside of work, Robert is a proud husband and father of three. He loves any reason to get outside and enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Robert is an avid reader, curious about local and world history. He is also a runner, gardener, and Seattle sports fan!
Nick Alexander
Nick Alexander is a Vancouver native, growing up there before leaving for college and law school. After passing the bar, he had an opportunity to return to the area that he loves and has been practicing law in Pierce County ever since.
Prior to founding Vancouver Wills and Trusts Nick was an associate attorney for the law firm of Greenen & Greenen, and later an Executive Trust Officer at InTrustment NW where he was a professional Trustee, administering trusts and estates. With experience and an ever-growing passion for family and community, Nick is eager to help serve, defend and educate. He is proud to sit on the board of the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program and is chair of the Clark County Superior Court Bench/Bar.
He enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids and dog, Dingo. Nick is a graduate of Evergreen State College and Willamette University College of Law.
